CRD2605H Casing Rotator
Product Overview
The SEMW CRD2605H Casing Rotator is a fully hydraulic full-casing drilling machine for foundation piles with a specified drilling diameter range of Ø1200–2600 mm. Its rotary drive and casing pressing/pulling system support controlled steel-casing installation and extraction in large-diameter foundation work.
With three operating rotary torque settings of 5292 / 3127 / 1766 kN·m and a 750 mm pressure-pulling stroke, the CRD2605H is intended for projects where casing dimensions, ground resistance and auxiliary equipment must be evaluated together.
Ø1200–2600 mm Range
A larger drilling diameter range for projects requiring extensive steel-casing support.
Multiple Torque–Speed Settings
5292 / 3127 / 1766 kN·m at 0.6 / 1.0 / 1.8 rpm, respectively.
Hydraulic Casing Control
Maximum downward force of 830 kN and operating pulling force of 4210 kN.
Technical Specifications
Model-specific values are taken from the supplied SEMW CRD2605H parameter sheets. Peak values are instantaneous, not continuous ratings.

Construction Approach
Full casing drilling relies on hydraulic rotation and vertical force to advance steel casing while suitable excavation tools remove material from inside the casing. The casing supports the bore during excavation; the actual method depends on the geological report and foundation design.
1
Position and Align
Prepare the platform and align the equipment with the pile location.
2
Rotate and Advance
Apply suitable torque and hydraulic downward force to the casing.
3
Excavate Inside
Remove soil or obstacles using project-appropriate excavation tools.
4
Complete and Extract
Coordinate foundation work and casing extraction under the approved method statement.
Applications & Equipment Selection
Potential Foundation Applications
Large-diameter cast-in-place piles, bridge and transportation foundations, urban deep foundation work, and selected underground obstruction removal operations using suitable auxiliary tools.
Key Selection Considerations
Check the required bore diameter, casing depth and dimensions, geological resistance, excavation equipment, lifting arrangements and working-platform capacity. Technical suitability is project-specific.
