CRD1805H Casing Rotator
Product Overview
Hydraulic Casing Rotation for Ø1000–1800 mm Piles
The SEMW CRD1805H Casing Rotator supports fully cased foundation drilling for bore diameters from Ø1000 to Ø1800 mm. Its hydraulic rotary drive and casing forces enable steel casing advancement and extraction in projects requiring controlled bore support.
With a published rotary torque configuration of 2651 / 1567 / 885 kN·m and a casing pull-out force of 3760 kN, the CRD1805H can be evaluated for demanding piling conditions subject to geological and construction requirements.

Equipment & Hydraulic System
The CRD Series integrates casing clamping, hydraulic rotary drive, vertical correction and coordinated excavation. The component diagrams below illustrate the working device and hydraulic power system; exact component configuration should be confirmed for CRD1805H.
Construction Method
The full casing method rotates and advances a steel casing while material is excavated from inside. The casing supports the bore during foundation construction.
Applications & Model Selection
Selection guidance: Match the Ø1000–1800 mm bore range and model-specific casing forces to required pile depth, geology, casing dimensions, lifting arrangement and site access. Do not select a model on diameter alone.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. What drilling diameter range does the CRD1805H cover?
The CRD1805H has a published drilling diameter range of Ø1000–1800 mm.
Q2. What are its rotary torque and speed settings?
